Frank Lightmas has been a business and commercial trial lawyer for over 38 years. He has argued cases before federal and state appellate courts and has tried jury and non-jury cases in federal and state courts, before arbitration tribunals such as the AAA, FINRA, the NYSE, the CBOE and MSRB and before disciplinary, regulatory and administrative boards and tribunals.
