FEBRUARY 01, 2022 - BLOCK UPDATE
Blocked Rooms are currently only available on Sunday and Monday nights (3 Rooms). However, the Hotel is still making reservations at the Block Rate for the dates of July 6 -13. We have no guaranty how long they will continue this policy without amending the Contract. You are encouraged to make your reservations now.
Reservations are now open for booking via our In-House Reservations at 1-833-762-6866. If our In-House team is not available, the call will automatically be forwarded to our Global Reservations Centre. We recommend that callers identify themselves as being with the ACCTM conference.

Individuals are responsible for contacting the hotel and making their own individual reservations. Please identify yourself as being with the ACCTM group block for ease of booking. A one night room and tax deposit will be applicable at time of booking. Reservations are guaranteed by use of a major credit card. Reservations and deposits received after reservations due date (May 02, 2022),or exceeding the contracted Room Block will be confirmed on a space and rate available basis.
NON-REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation of individual reservations made up to May 02, 2022 will be accepted and any deposit refunded for the full night's stay.
Cancellation or no-shows of individual reservations made after May 02, 2022, will result in full payment of the entire reservation booked including tax and service fees as applicable by law and will be charged to the individual credit card provided for deposit.
